What kinds of props do you rent?

Our rental inventory is especially focused on interesting, hard-to-find, theatrical, and production-ready pieces. Whether you are looking for a specific item for a musical, play, school production, film project, event, or photo shoot, we can help you find the right solution.

If you do not see what you need on the website, contact us. Our inventory is continually growing, and we may also be able to build a custom piece.

Do you rent props for schools and community theaters?

Yes. We work with schools, youth theater programs, community theaters, independent productions, colleges, performing arts organizations, and creative projects.

We understand that every production has different needs and budgets. You can contact us with your production name, dates, and prop list to discuss available options.

Can I rent props for a specific musical or play?

Yes. If you are producing a specific musical or play, let us know the name of the production and the props you are looking for.

We can help you determine whether we have existing pieces that may work for your production. If a specialty prop is not available, we may be able to design and build one.

This is especially useful for productions that require large specialty props, fantasy props, oversized objects, unusual hand props, or custom theatrical pieces.

I need a prop that is difficult to find. Can you help?

Yes. Finding or creating unusual props is a major part of what we do.

If you need something that is not commonly available, send us a description and, if possible, reference images. We can discuss several options, including:

Renting an existing prop
Adapting or modifying an existing piece
Building a custom prop
Creating a specialty prop specifically for your production

How do I request a prop rental?

The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to determine availability and recommend the best options.

How far in advance should I reserve props?

As early as possible.

Some specialty and theatrical props may be unique or available in limited quantities. Contacting us early gives you more time to explore options and, if necessary, allows enough time for a custom build.

If your production is coming up soon, contact us anyway. Depending on the project and our current schedule, we may still be able to help.

Can you modify a rental prop for my production?

Some modifications may be possible, depending on the item and project.

Because rental props are intended to be reused, permanent alterations are not automatically permitted. However, we may be able to create removable additions, interchangeable elements, or custom modifications designed specifically for your production.

Do you offer large props or specialty stage pieces?

Yes. We are particularly interested in developing specialty theatrical props and large-scale stage pieces that are visually interesting, practical for productions, and reusable.

Depending on the project, this may include oversized props, fantasy pieces, vehicle facades, architectural elements, large flowers, puppets, storybook pieces, practical props, and other custom-built stage elements.
